The path from college
to Fidelity

There’s a reason why a Fidelity internship is popular; it can be the first step towards a career here. We find that it’s helpful for students to understand the broader pathway to success—and that can begin before you’re even eligible to intern with us during the summer before your junior and/or senior year.

  1. Freshman and sophomore year:

Our 10-week Fidelity Intern Program provides the opportunity for students from all areas of study to explore and learn more about Fidelity's business and culture.
